Our Ultra Series™ pet beds come with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction. The warranty covers the memory foam mattress for 2 years from the purchase date, protecting against any sagging due to manufacturing defects.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations. Specifically excluded are damages caused by:

• Pet Behavior: Including dog bites, scratching, or other destructive behaviors.

• Accidents: Spills, cuts, or unintended incidents.

• Misuse: Use of the product outside its intended purpose.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Modifications or repairs made by anyone not authorized by our company.
